What I Will Do

  • Explicit/Sexual Content

  • Anthro/Furry, OCs, Fan Content, Fallout Ghouls, Zombies, Aliens, Monsters, Horror/Mild Gore Content, Fantasy Creatures, Etc.

  • Don't be afraid to ask, I am usually pretty good about accommodating!

What I Won't Do

  • Extreme Gore/Body Horror, Scat, Water Sports, Pregnancy/Birth/Unbirth, Inflation, Racial Supremacy Content, Real People, Minors/Diapers, Disney

  • Especially Complex Environments

  • Extremely Detailed Armor or Clothing

  • You must be 18+ to order. I do NOT take orders from minors for ANY reason

  • All drawings will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.

  • I may choose to record the drawing process and post it on my social media.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand, they are non-negotiable.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion with or without a reason given

  • All commissions are for a digital product and are for private use ONLY.

Payment:

  • The only currency accepted is USD and I require you to use Paypal or Cash App.

  • Commissions are paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront + 50% after sketch approval. Please don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

  • I don't do full refunds once I start working. Only if I am unable to start or complete your order for any reason will you receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order for any reason after production has started, I will keep a percentage of your payment.

  • If you cancel your order before I have started it, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • Completed commissions are non-refundable for any reason

Process & Delivery:

  • All work has a hard deadline of 1 month. This may change at any time, I will communicate to you if changes occur.

  • Rush work is charged extra. Rush work is characterized as: within 2 weeks for monochrome illustrations; within 3 weeks for cell shading or paintings. Always inform me if you're expecting your order in a certain timeline even if it doesn't qualify as rush work.

  • Animations CANNOT BE RUSHED.

  • While I'm working on your commission I will check in with you periodically to make sure it's exactly what you're looking for! That said, I will only do one big revision to any work, regardless of how much we discuss your order.

  • During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.

Copyright/Usage Policy:

I, Friday (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it everywhere.

  • Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.).

  • Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.).

  • Post it wherever I want.

The Buyer is Allowed To:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.).

  • Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

  • Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

The Following is Considered Copyright Infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, which means making money off it in any way.

  • Using the artwork(s) to create AI generated imagery.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Removing my signature from the artwork.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

  • Using the artwork to create NFTs. I will not, under any circumstances, create NFTs or consent to my artwork being sold as NFTs.

  • I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

Customer Satisfaction:

  • I will do everything I can to make my customers happy with their artwork!

  • If you have a problem with the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

  • The prices listed are non-negotiable and include one character.

  • Illustrations will be on a 6x4 inch canvas by default, a larger canvas size of 12x8 inch is available, see add ons.

  • Comics will be on a 6x9.5 inch canvas by default, a larger canvas is currently unavailable.

  • Complex characters: 7+ colors, more than 4 limbs, additional wings, taurs, etc.

Lineart:

Colour:

Illustration Add Ons:

  • COMPLEX CHAR - 25% of base

  • ADD CHAR - 25% of base per character up to 3 characters in scene.

  • ADD CHAR - 50% of base per character characters above 4 in scene.

  • BG/FG - 25-50% of base based on complexity

  • NSFW - $50% of base

  • LARGER CANVAS - $50% of base

Comics:

  • Comics are priced per page, fully lined and colored.

  • 2-4 SCENES - $150

  • 5 SCENES - $200

  • 6-8 SCENES - $250

  • Page bundles are negotiable.

Add Ons:

  • COMPLEX CHAR - 25% of base

  • ADD CHAR - 25% of base
    per character

  • BG/FG - 25-50% of base
    based on complexity
